A comprehensive cognitive assessment includes the administration of assessment that provides insight into a person’s thinking, reasoning, processing and memory abilities.  This can assist in understanding general functioning as compared to the general population of Australia, and assist in  understanding an individual’s strengths and challenges and make recommendations to support their study, work and daily functioning. Learning assessments involve general cognitive function testing as well as an evaluation of academic skills.  This assists in understanding learning difficulties and informs recommendations for school or study support.  Our clinicians can diagnose Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD)’s such as dyslexia and dysgraphia.
