ISN Clinic offers diagnosis, therapy and intervention plans for free.

Parenting therapy at ISN Clinic is designed to support parents in building confidence, strengthening relationships and navigating family or developmental challenges. Sessions are guided by trained psychologists who draw on evidence-informed approaches tailored to the needs of each family.

Therapy may focus on parenting strategies, communication patterns, emotional responses or the impact of external stressors on parenting.
It can be helpful in a range of contexts, including:

  • Managing difficult behaviour or emotional outbursts

  • Parenting children with neurodiverse needs

  • Family transitions such as separation, blending households or relocation

  • Addressing patterns of conflict or communication breakdown

  • Building parental confidence and emotional support

Sessions can be attended by one or both parents, with flexibility depending on the goals of therapy. Support may also be integrated with other services as appropriate.
