How Group EMDR may help

Group EMDR may support individuals who experience:

  • Ongoing emotional distress linked to past experiences

  • Trauma-related symptoms or heightened stress responses

  • Difficulty regulating emotions

  • Feeling overwhelmed or easily triggered

  • A preference for trauma-informed support without verbal disclosure

The ISN Clinic offers evidence based group therapy programs for free

Group EMDR combines EMDR principles with attachment-informed and somatic resourcing practices to support safety, stability, and nervous system regulation.

The program is delivered via Telehealth on Microsoft Teams in regular weekly sessions, allowing participants to engage in structured therapeutic work within a contained and supportive group environment
