The ISN Clinic offers evidence based group therapy programs for free

The ADHD Skills for Adults Group at ISN Clinic is designed to support adults in developing practical tools for managing attention and executive functioning challenges in daily life. The program draws on principles of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-informed approaches commonly used in the management of adult ADHD.

The group is facilitated by trained psychologists and runs over six weekly 60-minute sessions. Each session focuses on a key area of skill-building:

  1. Introduction to ADHD and overview of the group

  2. Strategies for task planning, scheduling and follow-through

  3. Managing distractions and building attention control

  4. Prioritising, goal-setting and handling competing demands

  5. Problem-solving and emotional self-regulation

  6. Review of tools and integrating strategies into daily life

This program may be suitable for adults who have received a diagnosis of ADHD or who experience attention and executive functioning challenges in everyday settings.

Please contact us to discuss your goals and whether the group may be appropriate for your needs. We are happy to provide information about program dates, costs and any applicable terms or conditions.
