Our Performance Services
Our ISN Human Performance Clinic incorporates our purpose built performance and wellbeing studio enabling a range of services with options to focus on both your physical and mind health needs. Our Exercise Physiologist and sports and exercise psychologists can consult with you in order to create a personalised plan to work through your specific needs. We understand no one is the same and no condition is the same, therefore each program will be completely different to one another. Our performance and wellbeing studio is build on a sprung floor to offer comfort and access to equipment including reformers, unique earthly styled stationary bikes, treadmills, rower machine and much more. Stepping into our clinic, you will feel welcomed, as we prioritise support, encouragement, motivation, and empathy towards all our clients.

Sport and Exercise Psychology
Evidence-based approaches are used to not only enhance performance but to provide expertise is such areas as health and wellness coaching, anxiety and stress management, concentration and mental preparation, overtraining and burnout, team building and leadership, weight management, debriefing and program evaluation, recovery and restoration, injury rehabilitation, psychological assessment, career transitions, coping strategies, and balancing sport, study, employment, and family life.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists
Exercise Physiologists promote, implement and work towards specific outcomes for individuals experiencing a wide range of pathological conditions.
To provide a more holistic approach to one’s wellbeing, Exercise Physiologists can collaborate with other healthcare professionals including our Sports and Exercise psychologists. As a group, we can come together to provide a range of services and work with individuals who have a variety of needs or who are currently recovering from an injury, disease, disability, or illness. These conditions can include, chronic pain and fatigue, mental health concerns, weight and fitness management through to tailored programs that focus on motivation, mental toughness, strength and conditioning to help you with your life goals.
